The LDA published a notice today in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) to procure the supply of heat to the LTGHN project.  The first stage in the OJEU process is set to last until (deadline 16th April 2010 - 12:00).  The objective of the exercise is to identify current low carbon suppliers of heat and also future zero-carbon suppliers that might be in the concept or development stage with their projects.
