LTGHN – Prior Information Notice
LDA realease (PIN) to OJEU for the supply of heat
The LDA has released a PIN through the Official Journal of the European Union for the procurement of low carbon heat to supply the LTGHN project. For the project, the PIN gives a clear message of intentions to potential suppliers of low carbon heat. The remaining stages of the procurement process will include a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to short-list potential suppliers and then an Invitation to Negotiate.
